Desperate Times
The once abundant resources that sustained your survival are rapidly dwindling. Survivors and scavengers have scoured the countryside, stripping buildings of their supplies, leaving only scraps. In rural areas like West Point and Muldraugh, towns that were once filled with loot now stand as hollow shells, devoid of even the most basic necessities.
The city of Louisville, a former hub of commerce and trade, lies in shambles. The streets are crowed with hordes, littered with debris and abandoned vehicles. Those who venture into the city's perimeter are often met with an eerie silence, punctuated only by the distant rumble of roving hordes or the occasional gunshot.
In these desperate times, every item counts. What was once considered useless has become precious. Barter and trade may now need to become the norm, with survivors exchanging goods in hopes of survival. However, tensions are rising as resources grow scarcer.
In Knox County, as the weeks turn into months, it becomes increasingly clear that only those with the means, knowledge, or cunning will survive.

This event aims to immerse you in a world of desperation, where every item counts and alliances are forged around the most valuable resources. As you navigate this treacherous landscape, you must make difficult choices about how to allocate supplies, risky scavenging, or forming alliances that might lead to your survival or downfall.

The Desperate Times Event will kick off serverwide within The Endless Rot. Hopefully you have stocked up otherwise it is about to get more challenging.
