Server Rules

We prefer minimal to no rules, with that said we really only have 1 rule, No cheating (hacking, glitching, exploiting..etc). Beyond that we have "guidelines" which we encourage all players to follow. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them, as breaking the cheating rule will result in a ban. Going against the guidelines may trigger admin intervention if it becomes a problem.

Cheating

Cheating & Hacking

We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. If you are found to be cheating or knowingly aware of someone who is, you will receive an irrevocable lifetime ban. Cheating includes hacking or using hack tools. Glitching and Exploits will be treated on a case by case basis.

"Soft Rules"

Conduct

Although we have no rules on conduct we do recommend conducting yourself in a way to encourage an enjoyable experience for all on the server.

You are free to be a tyrant or even a jerk, however beaware of karma.

Roleplay

Roleplay is encouraged. Please try and work on something more exciting then a global KOS policy towards every player encouter.

Server Performance

Knowingly causing server lag

Please practice performance-friendly etiquette while playing on the server. If you fail at this practice the admin will decide an appropiate repercussion.

Hoarding

Hoarding is allowed, however for large caches, please do your best to hoard in a performance friendly way.

Disassembling Items

Avoid disassembling items solely for skill training, keep important loot containers intact to ensure loot can continue to spawn.

Meta

Discord

The Endless Rot Discord shall be used as the only communication tool for players in game. (besides the in game voip and text).

Spam

This goes without saying, if you are spamming you will probably get the boot.

Admistration

Admins

Admins are to be committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. They shall at all times remain dedicated to supporting the community, ensuring that powers are not abused. The admin account will be strictly maintained for emergencies and or special server wide events. At no time will the admin account be used to gain an unfair advantage.

Tickets

Please use the appriopiate discord channel to report any issues with the server or your experience in game. Avoid posting in global chat about issues.
